Shinas Estate's "The Guilty" Shiraz is a full-bodied Australian Shiraz wine from the northwest region of Victoria, known for its rich, complex flavors and aromas. It is crafted from low-yielding, old vines (since 1898) and aged in older French oak. The wine showcases ripe blackberry red color, with aromas of cherry, vanilla, and peppery spice. On the palate, it offers flavors of smoky vanilla oak, cherry, strawberry, chocolate, and mocha, with juicy, bold tannins.
