About the Shichiken Sparkling Mori No Kanade 720ml
Complex and refined, with bright lemon, macadamia, creamy ricotta and baked apple notes. Fine, persistent bubbles and lively acidity bring freshness, while whisky-barrel maturation adds layers of vanilla, maple and subtle minerality before a long, luxurious finish.
