Sheringham Distillery Raincoast Gin is an artisanal contemporary craft spirit produced by Sheringham Distillery on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. Inspired by the lush, ancient rainforests of the Pacific Northwest, this expression is distilled using sustainable Canadian grain, pristine local water, and custom copper pot stills. Its unique botanical bill features hand-harvested native foliage and rainforest botanicals, including cedar tips, Douglas fir, nettle, and salal berries, alongside traditional juniper and citrus peel. The result is an earthy, resinous, and deeply aromatic gin that captures the crisp air and lush greenery of the coastal woods.

Food Pairing: Cedar-plank roasted salmon, wild mushroom risotto, grilled venison loin, roasted root vegetables, and aged Cheddar cheese.
