About the Settlement Riesling 2019
Settlement Ashmore Riesling is an expressive Marlborough white offering lime, mandarin, peach, red apple, aromatic flowers, fresh herbs, and wet-stone minerality. The palate is vibrant and textured, with delicate acidity, subtle residual sweetness, refreshing fruit, intriguing grip, and excellent length.
Food Pairing: Oysters, shellfish, salmon, spicy Asian cuisine, pork, roast poultry, fresh salads, cured meats, and lightly spiced seafood dishes.
