Youthful fruit with black cherries, smoked thyme and some dried herbs to the nose. Just a twist of vanilla. This is firm and tight on the medium- to full-bodied palate, followed by a fruity, medium-length finish. Vivid, tight and well-poised. Better in 2024.

The warm, gentle nose features aromas of dried cranberries and cherries, fresh strawberries, tea leaves, peonies, pepper and clay. Cherry and strawberry on the palate meet undertones of stone, earth and orange peel that preserve the nose's feel. Tannins are polished yet firm, while acid is friendlier.
