Fermented with indigenous wild yeasts and aged for 26 months in a traditional combination of Slavonian oak casks and mid-sized French oak tonneaux, the nose opens with an incredibly rich and soaring bouquet of preserved cranberries, ripe Marasca cherries, and fresh raspberry liqueur.
