About the Schwaderer Wines Petit Verdot
An expressive Chilean Petit Verdot from the Maule Valley, offering vibrant cherry, blackberry, clove, chai spice, cedar and chocolate notes. The palate is structured and full-bodied, with mature tannins, refreshing acidity and pleasant minerality leading to a long, memorable finish.
Food Pairing: Grilled red meats, lamb, slow-cooked ribs, rich stews, smoked meats, intense sauces and dark chocolate desserts.
