About the Schloss Lieser Riesling Trocken
A precise dry Riesling from Schloss Lieser in Germany's Mosel region. Hand-selected from steep Middle Mosel vineyards, it combines expressive fruit and fine spice with pronounced slate minerality, lively acidity and a refined, refreshing finish. A classic estate expression of Mosel Riesling.
Food Pairing: Grilled fish, shellfish, roast poultry, fresh salads, goat cheese and lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
