An elegant, fruit-driven Riesling Spatlese from the renowned Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr vineyard in the Mosel. Fine slate minerality, ripe stone fruit and delicate citrus are balanced by lively acidity and refined sweetness, creating a graceful, silky palate with excellent freshness and length.
Food Pairing: Spicy Asian cuisine, sushi, fresh seafood, foie gras, soft cheeses and fruit-based desserts.
