About the Saxum Broken Stones
A powerful multi-vineyard Rhône-style blend from Saxum Vineyards in Paso Robles. Dominated by Syrah with Grenache, Petite Sirah, Mataro and Graciano, this full-bodied red reveals intense black fruit, spice, cracked pepper and crushed stone minerality, framed by rich texture and long, savory finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled peppercorn steak, braised lamb shanks, rosemary-herb pork loin, smoked brisket or aged Manchego
