About the Saxenburg Private Collection Syrah
A refined Stellenbosch Syrah from Saxenburg, showing black fruit, red berries, violet, clove, pepper and subtle spice. The palate is concentrated yet balanced, with integrated oak, finely grained tannins and a savoury mineral character leading to a long, fresh finish.
Food Pairing: Grilled steak, lamb, venison and rich meat dishes.
