Maison Sassy Calvados Fine

Maison Sassy Calvados Fine is an artisanal French apple brandy rooted in the cider-making traditions of Normandy. Carefully selected apples are harvested in autumn, hand sorted and pressed before the juice undergoes alcoholic fermentation and subsequent distillation. The resulting Calvados matures for a minimum of two years in oak barrels, developing structure and complexity while preserving the vibrant character of fresh apple. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers a youthful, fruit-forward style with green apple, gentle oak and a smooth, rounded finish.
