The color reveals an intense ruby-red hue, reflecting the wine’s concentration and depth. The nose displays remarkable aromatic complexity, with pronounced aromas of licorice and freshly ground black pepper. These are complemented by notes of black cherries, blackberries, blackcurrant, raspberries, chocolate and spices. This aromatic spectrum highlights the harmony between the three grape varieties that make up the blend. On the palate, the wine offers a refined balance of raspberries, thyme and smoky notes. The tannins are firm yet polished, bringing structure and elegance. The texture is both smooth and concentrated, with a pleasing finish marked by vegetal nuances that lend freshness and length.
