About the Santa Carolina Reserva Merlot
A classic Chilean Merlot from Santa Carolina’s Reserva range, showing raspberry and sour cherry with sweet spice, cinnamon and tobacco. Pleasant acidity and soft yet firm tannins provide balance, texture and a lingering finish with subtle oak complexity.
Food Pairing: Gnocchi with pesto, braised chicken, mushroom risotto, roasted pork, grilled vegetables and mild cheeses.
