Sangarida Mencía Bierzo

A magnificent and energetic Spanish red wine masterfully crafted by Attis Bodegas y Viñedos under the Sangarida project in the D.O. Bierzo. Sourced from fifty-year-old bush vines rooted on the rugged slopes of the Montes Aquilianos, it is fermented spontaneously and aged for three months on its fine lees in stainless steel. This completely un-oaked expression reveals a fresh and beautifully youthful profile of sour cherry, pomegranate, cracked black pepper, and crushed stone minerals.
