About the Sadie Family Soldaat
A refined, high-altitude Grenache from The Sadie Family, sourced from old bush vines in Piekenierskloof. Red cherry, strawberry and pomegranate combine with earthy, floral and spicy notes. Bright acidity and finely textured tannins create a silky, mineral-driven palate with impressive freshness and length.
Food Pairing: Roast duck, lamb, mushroom risotto and grilled eggplant.
