Sacred Juniper Gin

Sacred Juniper Gin is an unflavored craft spirit produced by Sacred Spirits in Highgate, London, England. Designed specifically for purists who seek an intense, classic juniper experience, this expression isolates organic Italian juniper berries as its sole primary botanical. Using vacuum distillation, Sacred captures the full spectrum of the juniper berry—from bright, piney top notes to deeper, resinous, and woody nuances—without the cooking effect of traditional pot stills. The result is a clean, hyper-focused, and exceptionally smooth juniper-forward dry gin.

Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, salted Marcona almonds, cured meats, smoked trout, and sharp Cheddar cheese.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a silky, round, and plush mouthfeel.

Nose: Intensely coniferous and piney up front, packed with crushed evergreen needle, vibrant juniper resin, and subtle citrus-like berry oils.

Palate: Rich, clean, and single-minded on the palate, delivering a massive wave of fresh pine juniper, followed by subtle sweet woodiness, cracked black pepper, and earthy sap notes.

Finish: Long, crisp, and exceptionally dry with lingering notes of pure evergreen pine, wild juniper oil, and a clean, warming closure.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a strip of fresh lemon peel, or build into a classic, crisp Dry Martini or Alexander.
