Sacred Gin

Sacred Gin is an unflavored craft spirit produced by Sacred Spirits at their micro-distillery in Highgate, London, England. Created by founder Ian Hart, this pioneering gin is famous for using vacuum distillation (distilling at lower temperatures under vacuum) to preserve the delicate, fresh aromas of its individual botanicals. The recipe features 12 hand-selected botanicals—including organic Italian juniper berries, cardamom, nutmeg, sweet orange peel, and organically sourced Boswellia sacra (Frankincense). The resulting spirit offers a rich, highly aromatic, and exceptionally smooth botanical profile.

Food Pairing: Smoked salmon, roasted almonds, charcuterie, aged goat cheese, and lemon-herb grilled chicken.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a silky, mouth-coating, and refined texture.

Nose: Remarkably fresh and aromatic up front, featuring vibrant piney juniper, bright sweet orange citrus, and crushed cardamom, underlaid by a distinct resinous, balsamic lift from frankincense.

Palate: Smooth, rich, and harmonious, delivering clean juniper pine alongside lush citrus oils, transitioning into warm baking spices, delicate floral notes, and an earthy, aromatic woody depth.

Finish: Long, elegant, and dry with lingering notes of warm cardamom, citrus peel, and a crisp, resinous frankincense closure.
