About the Rustenberg John X Merriman Blend
A flagship Bordeaux-style red blend from Rustenberg in Stellenbosch, made entirely from estate-grown fruit. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot form the core, supported by other Bordeaux varieties depending on the vintage. Expect dark fruit, cassis, plum, cigar box and tobacco with structured tannins and refined oak.
Food Pairing: Beef, lamb, venison and aged cheeses.
