Ruffino Garzaia Bolgheri Superiore 2023 is an elegant, structured, and deeply expressive Super Tuscan red, marking Ruffino's debut Bolgheri Superiore release under the direction of winemaker Olga Fusari. Sourced exclusively from the coastal terroir of Le Sondraie in northern Bolgheri, it displays a deep, dark ruby color with garnet highlights. The complex nose reveals enticing aromas of ripe cassis, dark plum, and black cherry intertwined with Mediterranean macchia herbs, dark cocoa, graphite, and subtle wood spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, polished, and beautifully balanced, featuring a generous core of ripe dark fruit supported by silky, fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, lingering finish.

Food Pairing: Roasted rack of lamb, Florentine T-bone steak, braised beef short ribs, wild boar ragù, venison tenderloin, and aged Pecorino cheese.
