About the San Polo Rubio 2020
The 2020 San Polo Rubio is a vibrant and modern expression of Sangiovese from organically farmed vineyards in the Montalcino region. This vintage is characterized by its brilliant ruby red color and an intense, fruit-driven bouquet of cherries, raspberries, and plums, underscored by delicate floral notes of violets and a hint of Mediterranean spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and well-balanced, featuring a refreshing acidity and soft, approachable tannins. It is designed for everyday enjoyment and versatility, offering a clean and elegant profile that pairs excellently with a wide variety of dishes, from pasta to roasted white meats.

Vibrant cherries, thyme and roasted herbs on the nose are followed by a medium-bodied palate full of juicy red cherries. Firm and fine-grained on the palate with lots of plums and berries. Pure and fruit-expressive.
