Rosebank 21 Year Old The Roses Edition No. 7 'Enchantment' is the seventh and final release in "The Roses" series by Elixir Distillers (Speciality Drinks Ltd). Created from rare parcels of triple-distilled spirit produced at the historic Rosebank Distillery in 1990 and 1991 prior to its closure, this vintage expression was aged for 21 years in a combination of 75% ex-bourbon casks and 25% Madeira wine casks. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 50.3% ABV, it represents an exquisite, highly collectible Lowland single malt featuring a delicate, elegant interplay of floral, fruity, and sweet oak complexities.

Food Pairing: Fine dark chocolate with sea salt, lemon tarte tatin, light fruit tarts, aged gouda, or seared duck breast with a subtle fruit glaze.

Tasting Notes : Light gold with a velvety, luscious, and well-rounded mouthfeel that balances soft sweetness with a touch of warming spice.

Nose : Honeydew melon, meadow flowers, cinnamon, soft brown sugar, vanilla sponge batter, and fresh strawberry juice.

Palate : Rich vanilla sponge cake with hints of aniseed and tarragon, building into flavors of strawberry jelly, cinnamon, ginger spice, and fresh mint.
