A beautifully expressive Riesling Spatlese from Weingut Josef Rosch in the Mosel, sourced from the steep Piesporter Goldtröpfchen vineyard. White peach, apricot and delicate herbal notes combine with classic slate minerality, lively acidity and elegant sweetness, finishing long, fresh and beautifully balanced.
Food Pairing: Peach desserts, fruit tarts, very ripe cheeses, spicy Asian dishes and lightly sweet pastries.
