Crafted by the renowned Cavit cooperative, this expression is made from a proprietary blend of red grapes grown across Northern Italy that are specifically suited for sparkling production. Utilizing a natural second fermentation in closed tanks (the Charmat method), the winemaking team builds a much deeper bubble structure and a slightly higher alcohol content than their classic frizzante wines, adding a beautiful texturing weight while locking in intense fruit purity.
