Cavit Roscato Dark Red Blend is a rich, bold, and velvety still red wine that brings a deeply satisfying, full-flavored profile to northern Italy's winemaking traditions. Crafted from a blend of native and international grapes (such as Teroldego, Lagrein, and Merlot) grown across the sun-drenched vineyards of the Trevenezie zone, the fruit undergoes traditional skin fermentation before maturing for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and medium oak casks. In the glass, it pours an intense, deep ruby-red. The expressive nose opens with clear, marked overtones of ripe blackberries and dark plums, seamlessly intertwined with hints of fresh coffee grounds, dark chocolate, and warm vanilla bean.
