Rooster Rojo Anejo Tequila

Rooster Rojo Anejo is crafted from 100% agave and double distilled in Jalisco, Mexico. Matured for more than twelve months in oak barrels, the tequila develops roasted agave and pronounced barrel character, complemented by rich notes of chocolate, coffee, caramel, vanilla, and oak.

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled steak, smoked brisket, braised beef, aged cheese, or dark chocolate.

Nose: Oak, chocolate, tobacco, and coffee.

Palate: Caramel, oak, vanilla, and roasted agave.

Finish: Smooth, rich, and long with vanilla and oak.
