The nose is mineral-driven with aromas of grapefruit, lemon balm and river stones. The palate is medium-bodied with a generous texture, supported by striking acidity and notes of orange blossoms, lime zest and passion fruit. Fermented in 400-liter French oak barrels, 54% new, from a blend of 94% sauvignon blanc, 3% viognier and 3% semillon.
