Barrel-fermented and aged for ten months on the lees in French oak (24% new), this vintage showcases an alluring bouquet of Asian pear, white peach, fresh lime, mango, lemongrass, and delicate white blossoms integrated with subtle toasted oak and white pepper notes. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, dense, and structured, marrying a rich, creamy texture with vibrant, electric acidity, saline minerality, and a long, persistent citrus-infused finish.

Aromas of pastry shop, white flowers, lemon zest and croissant lead to vivid citrus, mango and coconut flavors on the palate. Less obviously herbal than older vintages were. Intricate, mineral-laden and slightly flinty. Drink now or hold.

Sourced exclusively from the Monastery Block for this vintage, pear, melon and fig notes lead the way, but there's also enough grapefruit to keep this medium- to full-bodied wine focused and long on the finish. All barrel-fermented and then aged in 24% new French oak for 10 months, the wine is plump and expansive at first, then gradually tighter on the finish, with more grapefruit and lime coming through.
