Sourced from organically farmed vines rooted in mineral-dense basalt tuff and clay soils, the fruit undergoes gentle fermentation with minimal extraction to preserve its natural aromatics, fine structure, and vibrant freshness. Matured in neutral oak casks, it captures the delicate, spicy soul of volcanic terroir.
