Crafted by winemaker Robert Gilvesy at Gilvesy Winery, located on the extinct volcanic slopes of Mount Szent György near Lake Balaton in Hungary, this wine is a fresh, expressive showcase of the Furmint grape variety. Sourced from organically farmed vineyards rooted in mineral-rich basalt tuff and clay soils, the grapes benefit from cool lake breezes and optimal sun exposure. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on fine lees, it captures the pure fruit character and vibrant acidity of Badacsony's unique volcanic terroir.
