Grown from dry-farmed old vines in rocky volcanic soils, it reveals aromas of wild blackberry, boysenberry, dark plum, white pepper, wood char, iron, and savory spice. Full-bodied and structured, the palate layers concentrated dark fruit with firm mountain tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, refined finish marked by cracked black pepper and espresso.
