The complex nose opens with an intense bouquet of wild black cherries and fresh plums, layered with blueberries, violets, sage, and subtle earthy spice. On the palate, it balances a fresh, crunchy fruit core and vibrant acidity with a surprisingly structured, firm tannic grip resulting from exceptionally long skin maceration.
