A magnificent and profoundly structured Piedmontese red wine crafted from ancient Nebbiolo vines. It opens with an explosive bouquet of crushed rocks, mint, white pepper, and dried cherries, balanced by a taut, mineral-drenched finish and fine-grained, classic driving tannins.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with slow-roasted lamb shanks, wild mushroom risotto, truffled beef tartare, or aged alpine cheeses.
