About the Road 13 Gsm
A bold and expressive red blend from British Columbias Golden Mile Bench, this GSM showcases ripe dark fruit, black cherry, and plum with earthy undertones, hints of garrigue, cracked pepper, and warm spice. The palate is full-bodied with smooth tannins, a bright backbone of acidity, and a long, layered finish that reflects the regions semi-arid terroir.
Food Pairing: Lamb chops, braised short ribs, grilled sausages, roasted duck, aged hard cheeses, and Mediterranean-spiced dishes.
