About the Rippon Mature Vine Pinot Noir 2019 750ml
The farm voice of a distinct parcel of land: Rippon. On the western board of Roy’s Bay, Lake Wanaka, Rippon’s north-facing escarpment forms the meeting point of terminal moraines and coarse gravels, all based in schist, on which some of the region’s earliest vines were planted."
Wanaka is the northernmost sub-region of Central Otago in New Zealand's South Island. The resort town of Wanaka, 50 kilometers (30 miles) northeast from Queenstown, is best known as an adventure tourism destination, but the elegant red wines made from Pinot Noir in some of the world's most spectacular vineyards are beginning to capture international attention.
