A magnificent and beautifully evolved Spanish aged white wine masterfully crafted by the historic Bodegas Franco-Españolas in Logroño. Crafted 100% from old-vine Viura grapes and produced only in exceptional vintages, this rare Tête de Cuvée undergoes an extensive 18-month aging regime in American oak barrels with weekly battonage (lees stirring). It showcases a majestic, deeply textured profile of golden honey, caramelized crème brûlée, ripe apricots, toasted almonds, and sweet vanilla, balanced perfectly by a vibrant, mineral-driven acidity.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with rich mushroom risotto, bluefin tuna tartare, Riojan white asparagus, roasted poultry, or aged artisanal cheeses.
