About the Ringbolt Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
A structured Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon showing bright berry fruit, briar and sea-spray notes, followed by chocolate, mocha and subtle spiced oak. The medium-to-full-bodied palate brings cherry and satsuma plum through a fruit-sweet mid-palate, finishing with defined tannins, impressive length and balanced structure.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with slow-roasted lamb shoulder, grilled sirloin, rosemary beef skewers, or hearty lamb stew.
