A magnificent Northern Italian red wine sourced from the highly prized "bricca"—the sun-drenched top crest of the estate's rolling hills in Alto Monferrato. Displaying a deep ruby-red color with brilliant violet hues, the highly complex nose opens with a vinous, intense bouquet of ripe dark cherries, fleshy plums, and crushed wild blackberries. This vibrant fruit core is masterfully layered with sophisticated notes of woodsmoke, sweet baking spices, black pepper, and an ethereal floral trace characteristic of the finest Barbera grapes. On the full-bodied palate, it beautifully balances its deep concentration of dark fruit and the grape's signature vibrant, mouth-watering acidity with a remarkably smooth, harmonious texture supported by 12 months of careful aging in select wood barrels, leading into an exceptionally long, savory, and polished finish with excellent aging potential.
