About the Rigour & Whimsy Roussanne Marsanne
Rigour & Whimsy Roussanne Marsanne is an Okanagan Valley skin-contact wine made from Roussanne and Marsanne grown near Osoyoos. Extended fermentation on the skins followed by maturation in used French oak creates a distinctive amber expression shaped by low-intervention winemaking and sustainably farmed fruit.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with tempura, toro nigiri, fried zucchini blossoms, or roasted pork.
