Rig Hand Lazy B Corn Whisky is an Alberta-made corn whisky produced by Rig Hand Distillery in Nisku. Inspired by a traditional bourbon recipe learned from Stillwrights Distillery in Ohio, Rig Hand adapts the recipe using locally grown corn suited to Alberta’s northern climate, uniquely harvested after freezing in the field. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is a sweet, approachable sipping whisky with corn-driven sweetness, vanilla and caramel complemented by gentle oak and spice.
