About the Wild Goose Riesling 2023
Wild Goose Riesling 2023 is a British Columbia white wine showing floral, apricot, citrus and mineral character. Fruit from Okanagan Falls and longstanding grower vineyards was harvested at balanced maturity and acidity, then pressed, fermented in stainless steel and aged for seven months before bottling.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with spicy Thai curry, grilled prawns, roast pork, or fresh shellfish.
