About the Riedlin Rose
A distinctive German rosé from Riedlin in Baden, made entirely from Spätburgunder using the traditional saignee method. The wine offers concentrated red-fruit character with refreshing acidity and a fuller, more intense profile than a typical delicate rosé, finishing clean and elegant.
Food Pairing: Shellfish, grilled poultry, fresh salads, charcuterie, mild soft cheeses and light summer dishes.
