Ridge Vineyards Monte Bello is an iconic Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet-led red blend from the historic Monte Bello Vineyard. The 2022 vintage shows blackberry, blackcurrant, fennel, tobacco, crushed stone, toasted oak, cassis, polished tannins, and firm mineral-driven acidity.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with prime rib, grilled steak, lamb, roasted game, braised beef, wild mushrooms, truffle dishes, and aged hard cheeses.
