Made with 100% Sangiovese, the 2020 Chianti Classico Riserva Brolio offers blueberry, plum and sweet spice thanks to 18 months of tonneaux aging. I especially appreciate the wine's pronounced mineral signature that gives the wine a salty or savory side.
Ripe and pure, with a jeweled ruby color, the 2020 Chianti Classico Riserva offers a lovely nose of candied raspberry, fresh violets, sweet herbs, and mossy earth. Full-bodied, it offers up a plush texture with ripe meaty fruit, sweet tannins, and a clean finish. Harmonious and ripe, with a refined touch.
