Crafted from organically managed estate vineyards, this unique and highly complex blend combines the textured depth of Sauvignon Gris with the aromatic freshness of Sauvignon Blanc. The nose opens with an engaging, expressive bouquet of fresh flint, flinty wet stone, and crushed sage, masterfully layered with sophisticated notes of passion fruit, Meyer lemon zest, crisp green apple, and white flowers. On the light-to-medium-bodied palate, it balances a pleasantly savory, salty minerality and a vibrant, powerful acid texture with a silky, elegantly weighted mouthfeel derived from a short skin maceration and partial aging in large Austrian oak barrels, carrying into a long, bright, and citrus-inflected finish.
