His passion for winemaking only surpasses his fondness for mountains. This specially selected 100% Syrah from his premium Syrah vineyard is a perfect reflection of that experience and devotion. Aged in stainless steel tanks with no barrel ageing, this is the ideal wine to decant and drink now or to put down for later.

This young wine has great ageing potential. However, it can be enjoyed now and pairs well with roast lamb, duck breast, or grilled tenderloin. Best served decanted before enjoying the intoxicating aromas of this elegant red wine. This wine will continue to improve and evolve for years to come – ideal drinking window is 5-8 years.
