This textural, ripe, juicy banger is made up of Macabeu (60%), Grenache Blanc (20%) and Grenache Gris (20%). Fruit forward and racy - just delicious as an aperitif or to accompany a summer barbecue. A real beaut with charred white meat and mixed Mediterranean veg. From 40 year old bush vines grown on schist.
