Res Fortes GMS, from 2022 expertly crafted from a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah, Creating our GMS blend. Of the 60% Grenache around 20% of that we use whole bunch fermentation to create an extra element of freshness and some extra mouth feel characters.
