About the Res Fortes Brave
A powerful old-vine Grenache revealing red cherry, ripe raspberry, dark plum, dried herbs, spice, and subtle oak. Concentrated fruit from ancient vines combines with firm structure and generous texture, creating an intense, complex Roussillon red with excellent depth and aging potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast lamb, grilled beef, venison, braised meats, duck, hearty stews, charcuterie, or aged cheeses.
