Remy Martin VSOP Cognac

Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. is a world-renowned Fine Champagne Cognac, signifying a prestigious blend of eaux-de-vie sourced exclusively from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus. Since its creation, this expression has become a benchmark for the house style, characterized by its vibrant gold colour and exceptional silkiness. On the nose, it reveals a complex and elegant bouquet of vanilla, toasted oak, and dried apricots, nuanced by floral notes of violet and rose. The palate is perfectly balanced and well-rounded, showcasing flavours of ripe summer fruits and liquorice, leading to a long, sophisticated finish with a hint of warm baking spice. This versatile spirit is highly celebrated for its ability to be enjoyed neat, over ice, or as a premium base for classic cocktails like the Sidecar.

Food Pairing: Rémy Martin VSOP is incredibly versatile and pairs brilliantly with rich, savory appetizers. It is an exceptional match for duck rillettes, foie gras, or a cured ham like Jamón Ibérico. The Cognac's acidity and fruitiness also cut through the richness of aged cheeses like Comté or Parmesan, and it complements sweet desserts like dark chocolate mousse or an almond tart.
